Juniper berries

The foundation of our Heritage London Dry, providing a piney, resinous core with bright citrus undertones.

Coriander Seed

Lends a subtle, peppery warmth and delicate spice that bridges the gap between citrus and earth.

Lemon peel

Provides a bright, zesty citrus top note that elevates the heavier botanical base.

Orange peel

Adds a rounded sweet citrus depth, complementing the sharper lemon notes.

Angelica Root

The essential binder that offers a deep, earthy complexity and a smooth, lingering dry finish.

Liquorice root

Adds a subtle floral sweetness and silky mouthfeel without overpowering the dry character.

Cassia bark

Brings a warm, woody spice note with a hint of cinnamon-like sweetness.

Almond

Contributes to the gin's rich mouthfeel and provides a subtle, nutty smoothness.

Orris root

A precious floral fixative that binds other scents and adds a delicate violet-like aroma.

Grains of paradise

Delivers a complex peppery heat with subtle notes of cardamom and citrus.

Black pepper

Brings a sharp, crisp spice that lingers on the palate and defines the dry finish.

What is London Dry gin?

London Dry is a style of gin defined by how it is made, rather than where it comes from. Juniper must be the leading flavour, and all botanical flavour must come from distilling natural plant ingredients with neutral spirit. No flavourings or colouring are added afterwards, and added sweetening is limited to a trace of no more than 0.1 grams per litre. The result is a classic dry gin with the botanicals at its heart.
